Holes OFF: primarily in the following four holes.

          Fuel cap vent.           Pump vent hole. Vent hole on the pump blockage can cause a small amount of diesel pusher and medium between the leakages into the fuel pump, dilute the lubricant inside the casing, accelerated component wear, therefore, this hole cannot be infertile.

Pump scuppers. If you plug this hole, no seepage of water discharge pump, into the bearing seat, will accelerate bearing damage, so be sure to clear the renovate this hole.

Running off.

          Cold running. Remove the injector, use force to drive diesel engine running, while checking oil pressure and temperature of each constituent, pay attention to listen the sound of each component, cold after running, while the temperature is high, release oil, oil filter and oil passages clean.


 Hot running. No load heat run, pay concentration to working conditions and different parts of the engine sound, the necessary heat load and the time running, always pay attention to various parts of the sound and the oil port channeling gas, smoke, and fuel injector back oil and found that the problem should be disqualified.
